Healthcare – Time for the CHANGE

In the last few months, we had maximum number of enquiries from the healthcare sector since the time we started our agency. Most of the calls were from private consultants, private clinic or surgeries. I got the chance to personally visit few clinics and meet the doctors and their teams. The most important thing I realised is that these people understand the importance of digital and social media. They want to implement it, but don’t know how to do it. Some got trapped with few so called ‘experts’ who exploited their inexperience and didn’t give any strategies or results. Some doctors know only Facebook as they use it for personal use, but don’t know how to commercially use Facebook or other social media platforms. Similar situation is of their websites. Most of them don’t know about ‘Responsive’ websites. Even their vendors don’t update them about the new technologies coming rapidly into the healthcare sector as well.

We’re now engaging with more such healthcare clients. Mostly are from dental surgeries, addiction consultants / psychologist and private consultants. We’re offering them latest technologies, tools and platforms to give them maximum benefits in their business. They can have responsive websites which are compatible with all devices like iPad, iPhone or any android phones or tablets. They can use apps to update their social media platforms. Moreover now we’ve started corporate training on social media and digital marketing to train their team members on how to use the latest technologies, tools and platforms to engage with their clients on Facebook / Twitter / Google Plus or via email etc.
